He evaluated the problem, made some temporary repairs and got the process started. He kept us informed of when the installers were coming, followed up during the installation, and when the job was completed we were so impressed with how well they protected our yard and cleaned up their mess and removed everything when the job was completed. He moved our appointment time from 3pm to 11:45 am to beat the rain, cleaned out a clogged gutter that he did not have to, and worked through some rain to get a tarp on the roof temporarily where there was water leaking into the house, and even put tarp on the shed with roof damage.
