He evaluated the problem, made some temporary repairs and got the process started. He moved our appointment time from 3pm to 11:45 am to beat the rain, cleaned out a clogged gutter that he did not have to, and worked through some rain to get a tarp on the roof temporarily where there was water leaking into the house, and even put tarp on the shed with roof damage.
