A Great company is one that stands behind their products. We had a metal roof installed 3 years ago and there was a manufacture product issue that needed addressing. Boss did not try to avoid it or take a short cut; they stood behind their roof and removed the metal and replaced the defective materials. This shows Integrity, and commitment to customer satisfaction. The foreman Jon Cox always made sure we were informed on the process and that we were happy. He always went above and beyond. I would 100% recommend Boss.
